The rules move mid-project
Large-load tariffs, cost-allocation rules, and interconnection procedures change while a project is still in development. Yesterday's answer expires quietly, and nothing tells you.

The engine reads the tariff sheets behind your bill: rate eligibility, demand and standby charges, riders, cost allocation. Then it prices pending rule changes against your load, while you can still act.

The engine compares power purchase agreements, retail supply, hedges, tolling, and demand response. It weighs them on structure, shape risk, and credit rather than on headline price.
“How much power, at which point, by when?”
The engine tracks queue position, study milestones, upgrade scope, and who pays. It also covers the flexible-load and curtailment pathways that can move your energization date years earlier.
“Can we bridge the gap ourselves?”
The engine weighs gas, fuel cells, solar, and storage as one portfolio, not four studies. It scores them on what actually gates them: permitting, emissions, fuel supply, and time to deploy.
